customer information. Personal information is collected at the
time that an individual l
requests utility services provided by Lubbock Power and Light and the
City of Lubbock. Proprietary customer information includes:

for utility services and other forms;

Information about your transactions and
account experiences with us;

Information from outside sources, such
as credit bureaus.
Be assured that Lubbock Power and Light maintains
reasonable safeguards to secure and protect your proprietary
information. Such information is available only to employees of Lubbock
Power and Light and City of Lubbock utilities who need access to
specific data in the performance of their duties to provide utility
services.
Lubbock Power and Light may disclose customer
information as permitted or required by law, including, for example:

To credit reporting agencies as
permitted by law;

To local, state, and federal law
enforcement pursuant to lawful process;

To affiliated and non-affiliated third
parties acting on our behalf;

To appropriate federal and regulatory
agencies as part of their oversights;
