payment options to our customers. You will be leaving lpandl.com and entering
our secure Online Payment Center in a moment.

Please Note:
Customers are limited to a $15 minimum payment and up to $750 in payments during
a 7 day period. Example: Customer pays $750 on Monday. Another
payment cannot be made until the next Monday.
The Online
Payment Center is not accessible nightly from approximately 9pm to 10pm and
approximately 3am to 4am while LP&L's Billing System is being backed up
for safety and security.
If your services have
been disconnected for non-payment, please call (806) 775-2509 with your Online
Payment Center Receipt Confirmation Number before 9pm on business days. Services cannot
be restored because of non-payment between the hours of 9pm to 8am on
weekdays, or on
the weekends regardless of the time the payment is made.
Although lpandl.com is
available 99% of the time, all websites experience congestions problems and
downtimes. If you have problems, you might bookmark these alternate
