Some of
our generous customers donate money to help others less fortunate in
paying their electric bill. LP&L also donates money to this program
called
"Project Helping
Hand". The donated money is transferred to a non-profit charity for
working one on one with the customer to determine a customer's
eligibility and assistance needs. The current non-profit charity is
Catholic Family Services.

Qualifying
customers may be eligible for the Payment Assistance Program.
