The Lowest Electric Rates In Lubbock - LP&L discounts electric
rates to make sure our customers have lower rates that other electric
providers in Lubbock.

Consolidated Utility Billing
- LP&L bills and
receives payments on electric, water, sewer, solid waste and storm water
services. All of these utilities’ dollars are displayed on one bill
statement for your convenience.

Multiple Locations For Customer Service-
- LP&L receives
walk-in customer payments or face-to-face customer service at our Downtown location of 1301 Broadway and
the S.W. Branch located at 5201
82nd Street (Inside Lowe's Marketplace).

Budget Billing -
Residential customers can pay a fixed
budget amount for their utility service using our Budget Billing
program.

Automated Bank Draft Service -
All customers can save
time and expenses by using the automatic monthly bank draft services.

Bilingual Services - LP&L offers a diversified staff of
employees. Bilingual employees are available in the Call Center and
Sales departments.

Community Development Housing Payments - LP&L receives
Community Development Housing payments.

Accessibility For Disabled Persons - LP&L does not

Options - LP&L
offers traditional payment methods like: Automated Bank Draft
Service,
On-line
Credit Card and E-Check, Pay By Phone,
Budget Billing, Check By Mail
and customers can visit our Business Offices to
pay in person. In the future, LP&L expects to be able to offer a new payment option
called Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system.

Customers Donations - LP&L accepts
donations that are forwarded to Project Helping Hand. These
donations are distributed to those customers with the greatest need
through Catholic Family Services.

On-line
Payment and Usage History - LP&L customers can view their payment
and usage histories on-line by visiting My Account located on the
navigation bar.

Project Helping Hand
- Gives customers the ability to donate to others who qualify for help
in paying high utility bills.
