As a customer of LP&L, you have the
benefit of having bundled billing or just one bill for your electric
charges and your City of Lubbock Utilities charges that include water, sewer, storm
water and solid waste.
The Lubbock City Council has final
approval for both LP&L and the City of Lubbock service charges, however
rates are recommended by in the individual entities like the LP&L
Electric Utility Board of
Directors after careful study and recommendations from internal and
external sources.
