electric utility of

City of Lubbock

Service
LP&L’s Business Office Operations provide billing,
collection and meter reading
services for the City of
Lubbock Utilities.
Customers receive combined billing for LP&L electric
service and City of
Lubbock Utilities
service which include water,
sewer, storm water and garbage.

including payments by web,
phone, automated bank drafts and
Western Union Pay Stations.
